This website features the musical projects of James Thorogood. Both his solo work and work’s with his band ‘The Cohorts’ who formed in 2004. James mostly plays Bass with ‘The Cohorts’ now. Matt Clavette holds down the lead guitar and Marc Gibson plays drums. All three are capable of performing lead vocal duties. The band is hoping to release their second CD later this year or early in 2012.
Meanwhile James has been keeping busy writing material and has decided to put out a solo album as well. Solo in that he’ll be performing most of the guitar and bass work and handling all lead vocal duties. Marc Gibson will be playing drums and James his hopeful that Matt will cameo on a few songs on both bass and guitar. A few other special guests may appear on the solo album slated for a possible fall 2011 release.
